All product descriptions, images, specifications, and technical data on this Site are for reference only and may be updated or adjusted without prior notice.
-
Due to continuous improvement and different market requirements, actual products may slightly differ from the pictures or descriptions shown on the Site.
-
Certifications (such as DOT, E-mark, SAE, ISO 9001, CCC, etc.) may depend on specific models, batches and target markets. Please confirm details with our sales team before placing an order.
3. Quotes, Orders & Pricing
-
Prices shown on the Site (if any) are for reference only and do not constitute a binding offer.
-
A formal quotation will be issued by our sales team based on your inquiry, specifications, quantity, and delivery terms.
-
Orders are only considered accepted after we send an official Order Confirmation / Proforma Invoice (PI).
-
CoolLamp reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in raw material costs, exchange rates, logistics fees or other market factors.
4. Payment Terms
-
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are generally:
-
Deposit (e.g. 30%) before production for bulk or custom orders;
-
Balance before shipment or against copy of shipping documents.
-
-
Accepted payment methods (such as bank transfer / T/T, etc.) will be confirmed in the PI.
-
All bank charges, transaction fees, customs duties and taxes on the buyer’s side are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
-
Shipping terms (such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, etc.) will be specified in the quotation and PI.
-
Delivery time indicated by CoolLamp is an estimate based on current production capacity and logistics conditions; delays may occur due to force majeure, customs issues, or other factors beyond our control.
-
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterms once the goods are handed over to the carrier or cleared for export.
6. Samples & Testing
-
Samples can be provided for quality and compatibility testing before bulk orders, subject to sample charge and freight cost as agreed.
-
Performance, fitment, and regulatory compliance in the buyer’s local market should be verified by the buyer through testing or local certification where necessary.
7. Warranty, Claims & Returns
-
CoolLamp generally offers a limited warranty (for example 2 years) against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of shipment, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
-
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, accidents, or abnormal operating conditions.
-
Any claim for defective goods must be made within the warranty period and supported by sufficient evidence (photos, videos, test reports, etc.).
-
CoolLamp may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or credit the defective products, as the sole and exclusive remedy.
-
Return of goods must be approved in advance by CoolLamp; unauthorized returns may be refused.
8. Custom (OEM/ODM) Projects
-
For custom lighting projects (OEM/ODM), all specifications, drawings, and requirements must be confirmed in writing before tooling and production.
-
Tooling costs, sample fees, and development charges (if any) will be agreed separately and are normally non-refundable once development has started.
-
Any changes requested after sample approval may lead to additional costs and extended lead time.
