Der CoolLamp NIF-A287 Nissan Infiniti Scheinwerfer are a premium lighting upgrade designed for Nissan / Infiniti Fahrzeuge.

Important Technical Notice: AFS Compatibility This headlight model is designed with a standard lighting architecture and does NOT support the factory AFS (Adaptives Frontbeleuchtungssystem) Funktion. Please read the following compatibility guide carefully before installation:

For US Spec Models (American Market):
- Most US-market vehicles do not come equipped with AFS.
- For these vehicles, installation is Stecker & Spielen and will not cause any dashboard errors.
For Japan & Europe Spec Models:
- Vehicles sold in Japan and Europe are often equipped with the AFS system (headlights that swivel when turning).
- Issue: Since the NIF-A287 does not have AFS motors, installing them on an AFS-equipped car will trigger a “Headlight System Error” or warning light on the dashboard.
- Solution: To use these headlights on a Euro/Japan spec vehicle, you must disable/close the AFS function (via coding or fuse removal) to eliminate the error code.
